Duties

- Support patients in managing their health through education on lifestyle, medication adherence, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records complying with legal and organisational standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of medical advancements and public health policies.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to general practice.
- Proven experience in patient care across diverse populations including elderly, hospice, or home care patients.
